I notice that some items appear with 'Display Only' text over the product image. What does this mean?

Items with 'Display Only' are products that have been released and are now sold out and finished. They are not available to order. The website just displays them as part of the Aviation 72 catalogue of models.

How much is postage on my order ?

When you have filled your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method and the cost will be shown before you confirm your order.

I have placed an order, it contained both In Stock and Preorder items but I have not yet received the items that were in stock, why is that?

If your order contains both In Stock and Preorder items, the stocked items will be shipped and any further items will be shipped as they arrive from the supplier or manufacturer.

My order contains Preorder items, will I be charged?

Yes your Debit/Credit Card or PayPal account will be charged in full and we will ship the models when they become available.

What is the cut off time for orders?

Our cut off time for orders to be sent the same day is 10am. You will get a confirmation email when ordering and we will email you again with a tracking number (if applicable) when we have despatched your order.

I have received my order but an item is damaged! What should I do?

Unfortunately from time to time items may be damaged while in transit. Please contact us at or call us on 01923 897070 to explain the fault with the item. Images of the damage will need to be emailed to

I don't trust the internet with my credit card information, how can I make a purchase ?

All sensitive data is fully encrypted with the latest 128 bit SSL tools as used by all major online businesses. If you are still not happy to part with your credit card information you can still place an order and pay with PayPal.

I saw a product on the site yesterday but when I went back today I could not find it. Why ?

You need to remember the site is truly 'live'. Just like a real shop products disappear when they are bought by a customer.

I am a customer in the EU. Will I be charged VAT?

If you are ordering outside of the UK you will not be charged VAT at the checkout and you will be responsible to pay any Duty and Taxes in the receiving country.
